It took 25 days with one stop in Japan for the U.S.N.S. GENERAL W. H.GORDON to move the 75th Air Depot Wing's personnel from Texas to Pusan, Korea. The 75th was the only Wing in U.S. Air Force history to ship to a foreign country with all its personnel, supplies and equipment at one time. |
